The condominium also offers nautical support and a helipad, so that your arrival in the condominium is even more comfortable. Be enchanted by a beautiful sunset over the waters of Angra dos Reis together with all the best that nature provides.

The property is decorated with a project by architect Sig Bergamin, with much luxury and good taste, using many pieces of local origin. A large living room with high ceilings has access to a cool balcony, with outdoor furniture as well. Next to the living room is a spacious dining room with a 10-seat table.

Up the stairs, there is a very cozy TV room that leads to the 6 wonderful suites of this property. Four of the suites have double beds, two others have two single beds each. All suites give access to balconies, some with a wonderful view of the sea of Angra and others with a view of the living green of the Atlantic Forest.

The leisure area has a swimming pool with a view to the sea and a barbecue grill to enjoy even more peaceful moments with the family. The land also has access to trails and two springs, to be explored at will. Up to 4 cars can be parked in the mansion's parking lot, and it is only a few minutes away from other beautiful beaches, the Piraquara marina, and the Frade district

In the master suite, you will find a large balcony with a view of the entire exterior, including the beach and its nature, and a Jacuzzi.

In its main area, the house has an entire floor surrounded by natural light, which enters through its glass walls. A beautiful dining room with two tables is integrated with the living room, both overlooking the outside. Next to it you find a private TV room and a large kitchen.

Outside, an extensive swimming pool is located overlooking the waters of Angra, next to it, a beautiful garden with a leisure area and gourmet area with professional barbecue, ideal for meetings.

Going down to the first floor, a second annex overlooking the sea with a suite and living area can be found. Further down, the house has a beautiful sauna and a pathway to the beach, providing a private and unique experience for guests.

Spacious living room with television, well decorated and comfortable. A complete kitchen with pantry is at your disposal. Integrated to the leisure area through sliding glass doors is the gourmet area, which has a kitchen integrated to the dining table. It also has a barbecue grill, a wine cooler, and a beer fridge.

The intimate area has 5 great suites. They are all in elegant colours and very spacious. The master suite has an excellent whirlpool bath in a spacious bathroom. All suites are air-conditioned and have access to charming balconies, to wake up every day integrated even more with the nature that surrounds the house. On the second floor there is still a small support for the kitchen, with a mini-fridge and sink with cabinet, for more convenience.
